The federal intelligence and Investigation Agency – FIIA affiliated to Interior Ministry announced on Monday, the arrest of 5 artifacts dealers in Kirkuk.
FIIA said in statement received by the Iraqi News Agency INA that " The intelligence agency detachments, through their affiliates in the Combating Organized Crime Directorate, continue their qualitative operations to eliminate artifacts dealers, as they carried out a qualitative operation in the Kirkuk governorate based on accurate intelligence information, it resulted in the arrest of 5 dealers of artifacts belonging to ancient times.
" They were referred to the appropriate authorities to receive a fair punishment. "the statement added.
