The Ministerial Council for Human Development held its tenth session

    The Ministerial Council for Human Development issued, on Sunday, recommendations that include activating the role of youth.
     
    The general secretariat of the Council of ministers said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA) that "the Ministerial Council for Human Development held its tenth session in the building of the general secretariat of the Council of Ministers, headed by Deputy Chairman of the Ministerial Council, Minister of Health Saleh Al-Hasnawi".

    The statement added that "the council approved a number of recommendations, including : approving the proposals of study the land plots for industrial use and referring them to the Supreme Council for youth, in addition to recommending to the Council of ministers to oblige all governorates to show full cooperation and facilities required to enforce the provisions of the law on social protection (11 of 2014), related to the construction of social welfare departments in coordination with the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs".

    The statement continued that “the council also voted on the formation of a joint committee comprising representatives of the ministries of Labor and Social Affairs, Youth and sports, which will re-examine the Youth Employment Project, provided that the results of its work will be submitted to the Supreme Youth Council"
     
     The statement pointed out that "another recommendation was issued to the Council of ministers on approving the inclusion of two rehabilitation projects (Nineveh wall and Kirkuk Castle) within the rehabilitation and maintenance of Antiquities projects, as well as studying the proposal of the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and antiquities on the investment of a group of young people benefiting from social welfare salaries to turn them into Guardians of archaeological sites belonging to the ministry".
