Al-Qassam claims responsibility for storming the tunnel checkpoint south of Jerusalem

Al-Qassam Brigades - West Bank, the military wing of the Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas, announced today, Thursday, its responsibility for the storming of the tunnel checkpoint south of occupied Jerusalem.

Al-Qassam said in a statement followed by the Iraqi News Agency (INA): “A Qassam mujahideen group stormed the tunnel barrier separating northern Bethlehem and southern occupied Jerusalem and raided the Zionist enemy forces.”.

They added, "Thanks to God, the fighters were able to kill and wound a number of Zionist soldiers, in retaliation for the blood of the martyrs in proud Gaza."
