Weightlifting Team Participate in Qatar International Championship

Our national weightlifting team is participating in the Qatar International Weightlifting Championship hosted by the capital Doha on the 12th of November in the presence of the best international champions qualified for the Paris Olympics .2024
 
A member of the central Weightlifting Federation, Mohammed Taher Mohammed Kazim, said in a statement to AL-Sabah newspaper, followed by the Iraqi News Agency (INA) that " Qatar Championship is an important station for all lifters in order to achieve competitive numbers and collect the largest number of points to ensure qualification for the next Paris Olympics, as hopes are held on the stars of the game, namely Ali Ammar Yasser, Qasim Abdul Hassan and Safa Rashid, praising the recent results achieved within the competitions of the Arab Games in Qatar, as well as the world championship in Saudi Arabia, and it was possible to get more than one qualifying card for the Olympics next up.
