MOHESR: Shifting towards adopting the Bologna Process to achieve scientific twinning

Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Naeem Al-Aboudi, stressed the importance of shifting towards the Bologna Process, to achieve scientific twinning programmes.

“Al-Aboudi, gave a lecture at the National Defense College at the Defense University for Military Studies, about the academic and development programs undertaken by university institutions to support state institutions,” according to a statement by the ministry, received by the Iraqi News Agency - INA.

The Minister of Education reviewed in his lecture the ministry's policy and approach in implementing development plans, consolidating curricula and university outcomes, internationalizing education, and attracting international students.

He stressed "the importance of shifting towards adopting the Bologna Process, and coordinating with international universities as well as competent international organizations, to give the necessary momentum in the areas of training and achieving scientific twinning programmes."
