    Defense Minister Thabet Al-Abbasi inspected, today, Friday, the military units holding the border strip between Iraqi and Syrian territories.

    A statement by the Ministry of Defense, received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), said: “Minister of Defense Thabet Al-Abbasi inspected the military units holding the border strip between Iraqi and Syrian territories.”.

    Earlier today, Defense Minister Thabet Muhammad Saeed Al-Abbasi arrived in Al-Qaim district in Anbar Governorate to inspect the military forces in the district.
