The Security Media Cell announced today, Wednesday, the provision of 3 helicopters to transport those injured in the Hamdaniya fire.
A statement from the cell received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA) stated, “Based on the directives of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, and through the Joint Operations Command, and with follow-up by Lieutenant General Qais al-Muhammadawi, all the capabilities and resources present in the units and formations of all the security forces were harnessed to provide services for the families of the victims of the missing persons in the Hamdaniyah district incident in Nineveh Governorate, as well as the injured.
According to the statement "Three ambulance helicopters were provided in case it was necessary to transport one of the injured from Nineveh to any place to receive treatment," pointing out that "blood donation campaigns are being organized and communication with all the families of the victims and those injured in this unfortunate accident."
