The Spanish League unveiled the date of the first round El Clasico match between the giants Barcelona and Real Madrid.
The association confirmed that the meeting will be held on Saturday, October 28, and will begin at 4:15 p.m. Spanish time.
Real Madrid will be a guest of Barcelona at the Luis Companius Olympic Stadium, which is hosting El Clasico for the first time in history.
This stadium will host Barca matches until late 2024, until the completion of renovation and construction work in the old stadium, Camp Nou.
Barcelona, the defending champion, began its league campaign with 3 wins and one draw in the first 4 rounds.
As for Real Madrid, last season's runner-up, it is at the top by achieving the full score (12 points) after 4 consecutive victories.
