PMF launches a security operation in Tarmiya

The Popular Mobilization Forces PMF announced on Saturday launching a security operation in Tarmiya operations sector, north of Baghdad.
 
A statement by PMF, received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), said that "a force from the 12th Brigade of the Popular Mobilization Forces carried out a security operation in Tarmiya operations sector, north of the capital Baghdad."
 
"The force, with the participation of the engineering effort of the Military Engineering Directorate of the Popular Mobilization Forces, and in cooperation with the Directorate of Shields of the Popular Mobilization Forces, began conducting a large-scale security survey operation within the responsibility section," the statement added.
