Al-Halbousi calls for providing equal opportunity in education for all Iraqis

The Speaker of the Iraqi parliament, Muhammad al-Halbousi, confirmed today, Friday, that that literacy is a right for all.
 
"On World Literacy Day, we affirm that literacy is a right for all, let us work together to provide an equal opportunity in education for all Iraqis for the sake of a country free of ignorance and illiteracy and more developed and advanced,” he added.
