The Secretary-General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, (OIC) Hussein Ibrahim Taha, arrived on Monday, in Baghdad.
"The Secretary-General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, Hussein Ibrahim Taha, has arrived in Baghdad," the spokesman for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ahmed Al-Sahhaf, told the Iraqi News Agency (INA).
Al-Sahhaf had announced earlier that the Secretary-General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, Hussein Ibrahim Taha, would arrive in Baghdad, and he would meet with the President of the Republic, Abdullatif Rashid, and the Prime Minister, Muhammad Shia'a Al-Sudani.
"The Secretary-General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation will discuss with Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Fuad Hussein ways of cooperation within the framework of the organization,"He added.
