Zidan receives the delegation of the Human Rights Mission in the Inter-Parliamentary Union

The President of the Supreme Judicial Council, Faiq Zidan, received on Tuesday, a human rights delegation at the Inter-Parliamentary Union.

A statement by the Supreme Judicial Council, received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), stated, "The President of the Supreme Judicial Council, Faiq Zidan, received the delegation of the Human Rights Mission in the Inter-Parliamentary Union, the head of the committee, Samuel Cogolati, the member of the delegation, Mashhad Hussein, and the human rights official in the General Secretariat of the Union, the International Parliamentarian, Buthaina Al-Mahrezi, accompanied by the Chairman of the Human Rights Committee, Arshad Al-Salihi, and the Vice-Chairman of the Human Rights Committee, Wahda Al-Jumaili."

The statement added, "Judge Zidan discussed with the delegation the human rights file."
