Border Guard forces thwart an attempt to bring 5 kg of drugs across Shatt al-Arab

    Border Guard Forces Command announced, on Sunday, thwarting an attempt to enter 5 kg of drugs through Shatt al-Arab.
     
    The command's media office said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that" a force from the Coastal Border Command managed to seize (5) kg of drugs in Basra".
     
    "This quantity was intended to be brought into Iraqi territory through Shatt al-Arab," it added.
