President Rashid receives Credentials of Newly Appointed Ambassadors of Algeria and the UK

 The President of the Republic of Iraq, Abdullatif Jamal Rashid received the credentials of the newly appointed Ambassadors to Iraq, from Algeria, Djihad Eddine Belkas, and the United Kingdom, Stephen Hitchen. The reception ceremony was held at the Baghdad Palace.

A statement issued by the Presidency of the Republic, received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), said," President Rashid met with the two ambassadors separately and wished them both success in the performance of their duties."

 He also expressed Iraq's aspirations to strengthen bilateral relations with both countries.

For their part, the ambassadors thanked the president and reaffirmed their countries’ objectives to strengthen existing relations with Iraq in various fields.
