With the government's renewed commitment to safeguard constitutional practices, such as the right to peaceful protest, such as the recent activities and demonstrations that have strongly condemned repeated transgressions against the Holy Quran and the Iraqi flag that symbolizes the state. While acknowledging the importance of constitutional rights, the government emphasizes that such rights must not be misused to engage in any form of transgression.

The Prime Minister, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, has issued clear directives to the security forces to safeguard both public and private property. Moreover, he emphasizes that any actions falling outside the bounds of freedom of expression, as allowed by the constitution, will be handled in accordance with the law while ensuring the protection of public and private rights.

In light of this, we urge our fellow citizens and peaceful demonstrators to identify and deal with any disruptive individuals attempting to deviate the protests from their peaceful and constitutionally protected nature. By doing so, we can ensure the demonstrations retain their legitimacy and continue to uphold their rightful purpose.

The security forces, of old branches, bear a significant responsibility to fulfill their national duty in safeguarding Iraq and its people. This duty includes protecting vital facilities, as well as public and private property, guided by their professional integrity and adherence to national and legal obligations.
