Parliament adjourns its session to next Thursday

Parliament adjourned its session, which it held today, Tuesday, to next Thursday.

During the session, Parliament voted on the second amendment to Law No. 6 of 2006 replacing members of Parliament, and on a draft law ratifying the investment promotion and protection agreement between the government of the Republic of Iraq and the government of the United Arab Emirates."

Parliament also finished, according to a statement by its media department, the first reading of the draft law of the second amendment to the Personal Liability Insurance Law for employees of state departments and the public sector No. (47) of 1990, and also conducted the first reading of the draft law ratifying the agreement exempting holders of diplomatic and service passports from the entry visa between Iraq and the government of Cyprus."
