PM definitive decision 'not to participate' in the local elections, official source

INA - BAGHDAD

Prime Minister, Muhammed S. Al-Sudani, decided not to participate in the upcoming elections.

An official source told the Iraqi News Agency - INA, "PM Al-Sudani made a definitive decision not to participate in the local elections."

He added, "PM Al-Sudani wants to focus only on implementing his government program, away from any political activity."
