The Commander-in-Chief of Armed Forces Prime Minister Al-Sudani Receives a Number of Security Officials from Anbar Governorate

Media Office of the Prime Minister said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency INA that Prime Minister, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Mr. Mohammed S. Al-Sudani, received this morning, the new commander of the Anbar Governorate Police, Major General Mohammed Rashid Salih, and the former commander of the governorate's police, Lieutenant-General Hadi Rizej Kassar. His Excellency also received the new director of the Anbar Intelligence Directorate, Brigadier General Dahir Mahmoud Yassin Al-Alwani, and the former director, Major General Raid Ahmed Al-Fares.

His Excellency, Mr. Al-Sudani commends the former commanders for their invaluable contributions in establishing security in Anbar Governorate. He acknowledges their ongoing dedication as they carry forward their efforts in their new roles.

The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces has instructed the newly appointed Anbar Governorate chief and provincial intelligence director to prioritize maintaining security in the Governorate. Emphasizing the importance of separating security matters from political tensions, he has urged them to demonstrate unwavering loyalty to their country and profession, as expected of their security roles.

His Excellency urged unwavering determination in the face of any threats that may jeopardize the security and stability of the governorate. Furthermore, he emphasized the importance of ongoing efforts to deliver exceptional services to citizens and ensure their overall well-being.
