The launch of a security check in Samarra

The Popular Mobilization Authority announced today, Tuesday, the launch of a security inspection in Samarra.
 
The authority said, in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA) that "a force of the Federal Police and the Seventh Brigade of the Popular Mobilization Forces carried out a security inspection in the holy district of Samarra."
 
According to the statement "The operation aims to secure the holy district of Samarra and track down ISIS terrorist remnants there," pointing out that "the operation successfully achieved all its set goals."
