Jordanian Interior: The development of security work in Iraq opens the door for cooperation between the two countries

    The Minister of the Interior of the Kingdom of Jordan, Mazen Al-Faraya, confirmed today, Monday, that the great development in security work in Iraq opens the door for cooperation between the two countries.

    A statement by the Iraqi Ministry of Interior, received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), stated, "The Minister of Interior, Abdul Amir Al-Shammari, and the Jordanian Minister of Interior, Mazen Al-Faraya, visited the Federal Police Training School in Baghdad with the accompanying delegation, and they were received by the commander of the Federal Police Forces, the Ministry's advisor for training affairs, and the director Training in the Ministry of the Interior and Director of Training in the Federal Police.”

    The statement added, "Jordanian Interior Minister Mazen Al-Faraya expressed his admiration for the great development in the capabilities of the federal police forces and the efforts made by them."

    It continued, "During his tour inside the school, the Jordanian Minister of Interior was briefed on all the training curricula, visited all the joints, and listened to a brief explanation about the lectures on reconnaissance, forensic evidence, drugs and psychotropic substances, training in riot dispersal, human rights, medicine, drones, military engineering, and other matters of importance it will raise the training capabilities and competence of the security men, officers and associates."

    The Jordanian Minister of Interior affirmed that "the development in security work opens the door for cooperation between the two training institutions in the two brotherly countries."
