The Iraqi News Agency (INA) publishes the text of the declaration of the Arab Summit in its (32) session, held in the Saudi city of Jeddah, with the participation of Iraq.
The text of the Jeddah Declaration affirmed "commitment to preserving Syria's sovereignty and territorial integrity, and full solidarity with Sudan to preserve its sovereignty and unity.".
The Jeddah Declaration called for "electing a president for Lebanon and forming a government as soon as possible, and supporting the Saudi initiative for peace in Yemen to advance efforts to reach a comprehensive political solution. The Jeddah Declaration also called for refraining from any unilateral steps that harm Egypt and Sudan's water interests, and supporting the efforts of the United Nations Mission in Libya." to reach a comprehensive political settlement.
The statement condemned: "The incursion of Turkish forces into Iraqi territory, calling on the Turkish government to withdraw its forces without conditions."
