The Ministry of Transport - MOT denied on Wednesday, the information circulating about an engine explosion of an Iraqi Airways plane in Tunisia, with a government delegation on board.
"The Iraqi Airways Administration would like to show the public opinion and the media that the information circulating about the engine explosion of A220 aircraft in Tunisia with a government delegation on board, is incorrect," according to a statement by the Ministry of Transport, received by the Iraqi News Agency - INA.
The statement included, "The company's management calls for not misleading public opinion and take information from official sources."
