The spokesman for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ahmed Al-Sahhaf, announced the arrival of two planes of the Iraqi community coming from Sudan to Baghdad International Airport.
Al-Sahhaf told the Iraqi News Agency (INA) that "the two evacuation planes that transported the Iraqi nationals from Port Sudan Airport arrived shortly at Baghdad International Airport."
Earlier, Al-Sahhaf confirmed that the two planes took off with 234 people on board, including 16 Syrian citizens .
