Al-Mandalawi stresses the necessity of activating the Yazidi Survivors Law

The First Deputy Speaker of Parliament, Mohsen Al-Mandalawi, stressed Wednesday the need to activate the Yazidi Survivors Law.

Al-Mandalawi said, in a tweet on the "Twitter" platform, followed by the Iraqi News Agency (INA): "We extend our warmest congratulations and blessings to our Yazidi brothers, on the Yazidi New Year's Day, and we call for establishing all their rights and demands and compensating them for the killing, displacement and captivity they suffered at the hands of ISIS.”

He added, "In addition to activating the law of Yazidi survivors, and returning them to their areas of residence quickly, wishing them many happy returns ."
