Al-Sudani: Iraq is to witness a revolution of reconstruction projects

Prime Minister Muhammad Shia al-Sudani confirmed Wednesday, that Iraq is on the verge of a reconstruction revolution and the announcement of projects.

 The media office of the Prime Minister stated, in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "Prime Minister Muhammad Shia al-Sudani launched the executive works in the first three projects concerned with relieving traffic congestion in Baghdad."

 The statement indicated, "The Prime Minister announced the start of the implementation of several construction projects in different areas in Baghdad.

 Al-Sudani confirmed, in an interview with a number of young engineers, that "this government is a service government, and it has prioritized services at various levels, including this package that includes 19 projects in Baghdad."

 He considered, "The launch of these three projects is an opportunity to meet graduate engineers who did not get a job opportunity, with the aim of helping them find alternatives based on private sector opportunities."

 He indicated, "his support for young innovators, especially that Iraq is on the verge of a reconstruction revolution and announcing projects," directing "to support ten engineers in this project to establish a company, and all procedures related to the establishment of this company will be completed."
