Sayyid Al-Hakim calls for ending war remnants file

The head of the National Wisdom Movement, Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakim, on Tuesday, called on the government to end the file of war remnants.

Al-Hakim said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA): " on International Day for Mine Awareness and Assistance in Mine Action, we urge the government and its concerned formations to exert all the efforts, solve funding and human support problems, and remove all the obstacles in order to end the file of war remnants of mines and others that claim the lives of innocent people and rescue them from the clutches of this silent death, especially in the eastern border areas of Iraq and the areas liberated from the terrorist ISIS."
