Al-Mandalawi chairs a joint meeting of the education and strategic planning committees

First Deputy Speaker of the Parliament , Mohsen Al-Mandalawi, chaired Sunday a discussion on the appointments of holders of higher degrees.

The media office of the first deputy stated, in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "Al-Mandalawi chaired a joint meeting of the strategic planning and federal service, higher education and scientific research committees, in the presence of the Minister of Education and Scientific Research, the Minister of Finance and the chairman and members of the Federal Public Service Council."

It added, "The meeting will discuss the recent appointments of holders of higher degrees and and the mechanism for their distribution.
