INSS seizes unauthorized oil refinery in Babil

Iraqi National Security Service-INSS announced on Friday, the seizure of a refinery to smuggle oil derivatives in Babil province.
According to a video clip published by INSS, followed by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), "INSS seized three million liters of oil derivatives and a number of forged documents inside the factory," noting that "the owner of the factory was arrested according to a judicial warrant after he fled to Baghdad."
