The First Deputy Speaker of the Parliament , Mohsen Al-Mandalawi, confirmed today, Wednesday, that dialogue and coordination between Baghdad and Erbil is sufficient to create understandings on most outstanding issues between the two sides.
A statement by the media office of the Parliament , received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), stated, "Al-Mandalawi received, in his private office, the Deputy Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Regional Government, Qubad Talabani, and his accompanying delegation, where many public files of the country were discussed during the meeting."
He pointed out, "The continuation of dialogue and coordination between Baghdad and Erbil is a positive step, as it is the best way to create the required understandings and resolve outstanding issues in order to achieve the general interest of the country and unify efforts to face current and future challenges."
