One person died and 9 were rescued in the collapsed building accident in Mosul

The Director of Civil Defense, Major General Kadhim Bohan, confirmed today, Thursday, the death of one person and the rescue of 9 in the collapsed building accident in the city of Mosul.

Bohan told the Iraqi News Agency (INA): "9 were rescued and the body of a person out of 12 was recovered in the accident of the collapse of the sewage department building in the city of Mosul, Nineveh Governorate.".

He added, "The building is under construction and the civil defense teams are continuing to try to rescue the workers trapped inside."
