Russian President Vladimir Putin issued a decree against countries that set a price ceiling for Russian oil.
 
 
Russia's Tass news agency said, "Putin signed a decree in response to countries imposing a ceiling on the price of Russian oil, banning its sale to those countries."
Tass added, "The decision will enter into force on February 1, 2023."
