Al-Sudani: The TV broadcast of Khaleeji 25 will be available to all channels

    Prime Minister Muhammad Shia’a Al-Sudani announced today, Sunday that the TV broadcast of Khaleeji (Gulf Cup Championship 25) will be available to all channels.
     
     
     
    Al-Sudani said in a statement during his visit to the sports city in Basra, that "our visit today to the sports city in Basra aims to see the preparations for the establishment of the Gulf Championship 25," noting that " This is the sporting event everyone has been waiting for, especially the Iraqi people after a long absence that extended to more than 43 years since this tournament.
     "I listened to a number of plans, programs and activities from the Minister of Youth, Ahmed Al-Mubarqa, the Governor of Basra, Asaad Al-Eidani, and the President of the Iraqi Federation, Adnan Darjal," noting that "the security and departments services have a specific duty and work regarding carrying out tasks that prepare all means for the success of the championship." Al-Sudani said.
    He stressed that "the main and important factor is the cooperation and interaction of the Iraqi fans with those responsible for this tournament," pointing out that "the Iraqi government will work through all ministries and local governments to harness efforts and capabilities to make this tournament a success, and to host brothers from the Arab Gulf states, whether teams or officials, and the fans eager to return to being in the Iraqi stadiums.
    Al-Sudani stated, "The issue of broadcasting the matches has been set by a decision and direction from us, and it will be available to all local channels, to make room for the largest possible number of Iraqi fans to watch the matches, especially those who are unable to be present in Basra Governorate."
