A tripartite summit between Iraq, Jordan and Egypt

    A tripartite meeting was held at the King Hussein Center in the Dead Sea, including the Prime Minister, Muhammad Shia’a Al-Sudani, the King of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, King Abdullah II bin Al-Hussein, and the President of the Arab Republic of Egypt, Mr. Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi, on the sidelines of their attendance at the Second Baghdad Cooperation Summit and Partnership, hosted by Jordan.
     
    A statement by the Prime Minister's Media Office, received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), stated that "during the meeting, they discussed aspects of cooperation and integration, strengthening partnership between brotherly countries, Iraq, Jordan and Egypt, and means to activate economic cooperation in various fields."
     
      "The meeting witnessed an emphasis on the importance of interconnected infrastructure with brotherly countries, and strengthening mutual investments, in a way that supports the ability to compete in global markets, and confront the current challenges in the global economy." According to the statement.
