Engineers Syndicate summarizes the outputs of its conference

    The Iraqi Engineers Syndicate summarized the outputs of its Arab engineering conference, praising the support of Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa al-Sudani, it confirmed that this conference is a mini-Arab engineering summit.

    The head of the Iraqi Engineers Syndicate, Zulfiqar Hoshi, told the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "Prime Minister Muhammad Shia' al-Sudani attended today, as support for the Iraqi Engineers Syndicate, at the opening ceremony of the Arab Engineering Conference of the 29th Arab Engineers Union, as well as the opening activities of the supreme meeting of the Federation of Engineers.".

    Hoshi added, "This conference and the highest meeting of the Union of Arab Engineers has not been held in Iraq for more than 30 years," noting that "the duration of the conference is two days, and all research will participate in it, and it will witness an extensive discussion regarding the information society and joint-stock companies from the private sector and companies." The conference is supported by the private sector, and there will be an exchange of scientific and practical experiences in this conference.

    He pointed out that "the importance of these activities is represented in bringing together all the captains of Arab engineers in Iraq, an event that is considered a mini-Arab engineering summit," noting that "there are mutual research papers between the Iraqis and the Arab brothers."

    He stressed that "the outcomes of this meeting are important for smart cities, the information society, and developments in the Arab world and Iraq."

    For his part, the Governor of Baghdad, Muhammad Jaber Al-Atta, told the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "the Arab Engineering Conference of the Union of Arab Engineers in Baghdad is an important event for collecting information and research, especially in the field of informatics and electronic systems, which have become all countries of the world run through these systems.".
