Al-Sudani visit to Tehran enhances the depth of strategic relations, says State of Law Coalition

State of Law Coalition affirmed on Thursday, that the visit of Prime Minister Muhammad Shia al-Sudani to Iran has achieved important dimensions.


Coalition member Muhannad Al-Khazraji said, in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "Prime Minister Muhammad Shia'a Al-Sudani's visit to Tehran carried political, security and economic dimensions that enhance the depth of strategic relations in a way that guarantees the interests of the two brotherly peoples in various fields," noting that "the visit came in at a time when the international arena is witnessing further escalation."

The joint cooperation between Baghdad and Tehran that would achieve stability in the region.

He stressed the importance of "emphasizing the Iraqi government's approach to adopting a policy of neutrality towards regional and international issues, especially achieving Saudi-Iranian rapprochement in strengthening relations and reducing escalation between the countries of the region."
