The spokesman for the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Major General Yahia Rasool, announced on Monday, the arrest of the terrorist leader nicknamed "Abu Hamza al-Muwaiti .
“Based on the directives of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, the Counter-Terrorism Service (CTS) carried out a tactical operation that resulted in the arrest of the terrorist leader nicknamed "Abu Hamza Al-Muwaiti,” Rasool said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA).
"CTS arrested the terrorist leader nicknamed Abu Hamza Al-Mutaweiti in the interior sector in Kirkuk, who previously served as a commander for Nineveh, “The statement added.
