Barzani congratulates Al-Sudani on obtaining the confidence of Parliament

The President of the Kurdistan Region, Nechirvan Barzani, today, Thursday, congratulated Prime Minister Muhammad Shia Al-Sudani, on his government's gaining the confidence of Parliament.

Barzani said, in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "on the occasion of approving the ministerial curriculum and granting confidence to the new cabinet of the Iraqi federal government, we extend our warmest congratulations to all Iraqis on this important step.".

He added, "We extend our special congratulations to the Prime Minister, Muhammad Shia Al-Sudani, and the members of his government cabinet, wishing everyone success in carrying out their duties.".

He continued, "We hope that this promising step will become the beginning of the end for the tragedies of the people of Iraq, and a new beginning for solving problems and crises, for economic growth, developing services, achieving stability and security, correcting the course of the political process, a constitutional solution to the problems of Erbil-Baghdad, restoring the people's confidence in institutions, and the government's attention." the legitimate demands of the citizens.

Barzani stated that "on this occasion, we announce the support of the Kurdistan Region for the success of the ministerial curriculum and the fulfillment of the new government's pledges. As we have always done, we reaffirm our readiness to solve all the problems of the Kurdistan Region and Baghdad through dialogue and within the framework of the constitution.".

He continued, "We emphasize once again the fact that solving the various problems of Iraq and overcoming the difficulties of the stage is a common duty and responsibility for all of us, and the interests of the Iraqis with all their components call us to all be at the level of this responsibility."
