Rashid receives a cable of congratulations from the Somali President

President Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid received Thursday a cable of congratulations from the President of the Federal Republic of Somalia, Hassan Sheikh Mohamud.

  A statement by the Presidency of the Republic, received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), stated that "President of the Republic, Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid, received a cable of congratulations from the President of the Federal Republic of Somalia, Hassan Sheikh Mahmoud."

  "We are pleased to send to your Excellency our sincere congratulations and best blessings on the occasion of your election as a president for the Republic of Iraq, and our good wishes to you for success and fulfillment in the tasks of your tasks and aspirations to achieve the development of your dear country, and the hopes and aspirations of your country ," the President of Somalia said in the cable.

He added, "Your election to this high position is the best evidence of your wisdom, distinguished leadership spirit, and excellence in all the positions you held, leading to your new position."

 He added, "We are also pleased to take this opportunity to express to you our full keenness to continue building the close brotherly relations that bind our two countries, and to work to deepen the distinguished bonds of brotherhood and fruitful cooperation between our two countries and peoples in various fields."

 He concluded by saying, "Accept my sincere greetings and best wishes for your good health and for your brotherly country further development and growth."
