PM's Advisor ISIS Networks and Detachments in Geographical Nodes Within the Range of Security Services

    Advisor to Prime Minister Hussein Allawi, confirmed today, Tuesday, that the networks and detachments of ISIS terrorist gangs in the geographical nodes are within the range of the security services, stressing that many goals have been achieved by killing the terrorist leaders.

    Allawi told the Iraqi News Agency (INA): "The killing of the so-called (Wali of Iraq - the criminal Jassim Al-Mazrouei) in the terrorist ISIS gangs came after extensive planning by the intelligence services in the Counter-Terrorism Service and the National Security Service and through the Joint Operations Command."

    He added, "The total number of security leaders killed reached 9 terrorist leaders from the first line of ISIS terrorist gangs, after extensive planning by the intelligence services in the Counter-Terrorism Service and the National Security Service and through the Joint Operations Command."

    He continued, "The agencies worked diligently by the Joint Targeting Cell in the Joint Operations Command and within the plan of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani to dry up the first-line leaders in the terrorist organization ISIS and support stability and development by killing terrorist leaders and ending their presence on the ground."

    The Prime Minister's advisor pointed out that "the terrorist organization ISIS has been greatly reduced in Iraqi territory as a result of the painful strikes directed by the Iraqi armed forces against its remnants, which aim to provide support for security and stability in the liberated governorates."

    Allawi explained that "the operation of the Counter-Terrorism Service and the National Security Service through the Joint Operations Command has given an important strategic message that 2024 is the year of intelligence achievements in confronting the terrorist organization's networks and detachments in complex geographical nodes that have become under target as a result of training, intelligence empowerment, and strategic integration in managing security operations to defeat ISIS remnants in Iraq.".

    The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani, announced today, Tuesday, the killing of the so-called (Wali of Iraq) in ISIS in a qualitative operation in the Hamrin Mountains.
