Al-Kadhimi and Al-Hakim discuss developments in the political scene

Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kadhimi discussed with the head of the National Wisdom Movement, Ammar Al-Hakim, developments in the political scene and the file of forming the next government.

Al-Hakim said, in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA): "During our reception, Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kadhimi, we discussed the developments of the political scene in Iraq and the region and the file of forming the next government, and we blessed everyone with the success of the House of Representatives in electing the President of the Republic and assigning the candidate of the largest bloc to form the government. coming.”

He added, "We praised the role played by the Al-Kadhimi government, in calming the situation and getting Iraq out of difficult junctures, and its role in bridging the relationship between Iraq and neighboring countries and the world."

He stressed during the meeting that "one of the features of the political system in Iraq is the peaceful transfer of power and the transfer of responsibility from one team to another," calling for "benefiting from the experiences and experiences of ministers in previous governments in setting priorities, formulating the service equation and providing job opportunities."
