The Joint Operations Command –JOC announced on Tuesday that a top-brass security delegation has arrived to Dhi Qar province.
" A top-brass security delegation headed by the Chief of Staff of the Army, Lieutenant General Abdul Amir Yarallah and the Deputy Commander of JOC Lieutenant General Abdul Amir Al-Shammari, in addition to the Commander of the Ground Forces Lieutenant-General Qassem Al-Muhammadi and Federal Police Commander Lieutenant-General Saleh Nasser Al-Amiri, arrived this morning in Dhi Qar province,” said JOC in a statement, received by The Iraqi News Agency(INA).
"The visit aims to oversee the security situation in the province," the statement added.
