A high-level security delegation arrived in Sinjar district in Mosul, today, Tuesday, to oversee the military sectors.
A statement by the Joint Operations Command (JOC), received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), stated that "A high-ranking security delegation headed by the Deputy Commander of Joint Operations, First Lieutenant General Abdul Amir Al-Shammari and Chief of Staff of the Army, Lieutenant General Abdul Amir Yarallah, accompanied by senior military commanders, arrived in Sinjar district to inspect the security situation and military units.
The statement added, "The visit comes a day after the law was imposed by the security forces on Sinjar district."
