Zidan, Allawi discuss legal problems of private sector contracts

The President of the Supreme Judicial Council, Faiq Zidan, and Minister of Finance Ali Allawi, discussed on Monday, the legal problems related to contracts signed with private sector companies.
 
"The President of the Supreme Judicial Council (SJC), Faiq Zidan, received the Minister of Finance, Ali Abdul Amir Allawi, as they discussed legal problems related to contracts signed with private sector companies, the role of the Judiciary to correct the mistakes of these contracts and cooperating in order to preserve public money, " said SJC in a statement, received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA).
