A large demonstration took place Thursday, in front of the Turkish embassy building in the capital, Baghdad.
The reporter of the Iraqi News Agency (INA) said, "A large angry demonstration started this morning in front of the Turkish embassy building in the Al-Waziriyah area in the capital, Baghdad."
He added, "The demonstrators expressed their condemnation and anger at the Turkish attacks that targeted innocent civilians in Zakho," noting that "the demonstrators demanded a big response, because the attack was painful."
The reporter indicated that "the demonstrators also demanded the closure of the Turkish embassy, a boycott of Turkish goods, and a complaint to the UN Security Council."
