Army Chief of Staff issues directives to security forces in Diyala

The Army Chief of Staff, Lieutenant-General Abdul Amir Yarallah, arrived on Tuesday, in Diyala Governorate, as he issued directives to the security forces in the there.
 
“Army Chief of Staff, Lieutenant General Abdul Amir Yarallah, inspected Diyala Operations Sector, as he was briefed on the field about the latest pre-emptive operations carried out by Diyala Operations Command and the First Division Command on the hideouts of the terrorist Daesh remnants," The reporter for the Iraqi News Agency (INA) .
 
Yarallah stressed, "The need to continue pursuing the terrorists and to carry out qualitative operations to target any movement of terrorists in the mountain ranges, valleys and areas of difficult geographical nature.”
 
Yarallah also emphasized the necessity to raise the level of combat readiness and intelligence effort."
