US Embassy in Baghdad congratulates Nadia Murad for Nobel 2018

    INA - BAGHDAD US Embassy in Baghdad forwarded congratulations to the Iraqi Nadia Murad for winning the Nobel Peace Prize 2018 in Oslo, Norway. The statement included the following,

    "To Nadia Murad on winning the 2018 Nobel Peace Prize,

    Her work with human trafficking survivors and victims of atrocities is helping to heal many Iraqi women and children who were victims of Da’esh’s most heinous crimes. We wish her continued success in her important work."
