The meeting of the Presidency of the Region with the Kurdish parties and the representative of the United Nations, today, Thursday, in Erbil, came out with three agreements, according to an official statement.
A statement issued by the Kurdistan Region Presidency, received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), said that "it was agreed first at the meeting on the necessity of holding elections for the Kurdistan Region's parliament.".
He added that the meeting "agreed also to establish a joint secretariat between the presidency of the region and the representation of the United Nations to work with the rest of the parties to achieve this goal.".
And he added, "Thirdly, it was agreed to submit a report on what will be agreed upon on July 1st."
