Governmental efforts to achieve vital projects within the Chinese agreement, Cabinet Secretariat affirms

The General Secretariat of the Cabinet announced on Monday, the government's efforts of vital projects within the draft  of the Chinese agreement, while indicating completing of procedures for handing over 1,000  plots within the agreement.
 
“The most important projects supervised by the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers is the Chinese draft framework agreement that has entered into force,” said the spokesman for the General Secretariat, Haider Majid,  to the Iraqi News Agency (INA).
 
Majid added, "There is a committee headed by the Secretary-General of the Council of Ministers and the membership of the Prime Minister's advisors, the ministries of Planning and Finance, and the Trade Bank of Iraq, which completed all procedures related to the matter."
 
He also elaborated, "The agreement has been activated, and the first project that was signed was on 9/6/2021 under the auspices of the Prime Minister, which is the development and rehabilitation of Nasiriyah International Airport," noting that "the second project included signing of 15 contracts to establish a thousand model schools throughout the provinces".
