Al-Rasheed Iraqi Bank removed from UN Sanctions and International Law

Al-Rashid bank announced on Wednesday, that it has been removed from the United Nations Sanctions and International Law Which came under the document issued on April 18, 2022.
"The decision was the fruit of the effort put by the Iraqi government, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, The Permanent Mission of Iraq to the UN and al-Rashid Bank," according to the media office of the bank in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA).
"This decision has restored Al-Rasheed Bank to the position it deserves in the banking field," the media office noted.
