Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on Thursday launched a global platform to raise funds to help Kyiv win the war and rebuild destroyed infrastructure.
"With one click you can donate money to protect our defenders, save civilians and rebuild Ukraine," Zelensky said in an English video message posted on his Twitter account.
Al-Rai added that the platform bears the name "United 24", noting that "every donation is important to victory."
Rubin said that "all the funds will be transferred to the National Bank of Ukraine and allocated to the relevant ministries," noting that his government will update information "every 24 hours on how the funds will be used."
Zelensky called on "ordinary citizens around the world" to "help Kyiv", explaining that "we have the ability to stop the war and rebuild."
